Rose is very tired
Anemone tells Rose about many other things she knows.
For instance why butterflies and bees make honey for us.
And how, by hearing a tune you can make out the bird.
Rose tries to pay attention but she’s fighting against sleep
by rubbing her eyes, because they are pricking right now.
‘Oh dear, you're about to fall asleep,’ says Anemone,
when she sees Rose rubbing her eyes. ‘We shouldn’t stay
much longer, you’re very tired.’ Together they walk back
to where the others are, so that Rose can say
good bye to everyone, because she just wants to be polite.
