A worried mother

 

Despite her looks,

momma swine

can be carefully sweet.

 

Look at them

she seems to think

what are they going to be?

 

Will they grow into

independent beasts,

able to defend themselves,

 

and put on a fight

to rule and so

obtain their right?

 

In their striped pyjamas

they now look very sweet

but it won’t be long

 

before they’ll change

into thick coarse suits

looking just like me.
