Feeding the cat

“Will you be so kind as to feed the cat

while I’m away?”, the neighbour asked.

“Of course I will”, mammy did say.

So now they’re on their way

to the neighbour’s back door,

“It’s a good cat Dotty, so don’t be afraid.”

As soon as they’re in, it comes running,

it’s so hungry that it hardly can’t wait.
